Log into your JHS account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack the electronic device in its original box, including all cables, manuals, and protective inserts, then securely seal the outer shipping carton.

Ship the Item

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the device condition and serial number, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
